The English Access Scholarship Program is a funded initiative by the U.S. Department of State to provide a long-term English language and leadership development program for high-potential secondary school students, implemented through partner education providers. The 2027–2028 cycle offers grants to qualified organizations to deliver a structured 21-month English program. Programs must include English instruction, leadership and civic engagement components, and teacher development, with funding allocated to providers to support delivery.

Eligibility
