The Stipendien des Abgeordnetenhauses von Berlin is a fully funded scholarship programme for graduate students and doctoral researchers to conduct research at Berlin’s academic institutions for a duration of 10 months. It aims to strengthen international academic cooperation and deepen ties with partner nations, supporting scholars across disciplines to pursue research in Berlin. Selected scholars receive a monthly stipend and access to Berlin’s research facilities and networks during their research stay.

Monthly stipend, access to Berlin’s research institutions, libraries and laboratories, and participation in academic networks and cultural experiences in Berlin.

Graduate students (Master’s level) and doctoral candidates from partner countries are eligible to apply to conduct research in Berlin.
