The Global Competitiveness Leadership (GCL) Program is a ten-week leadership development initiative at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., for Latin American leaders from public, business, or social sectors. The program combines a virtual module and an in-person module, covering courses and visits to institutions in the U.S. The program has a total value of USD 25,000, with partial scholarships available; even with maximum aid, participants must contribute USD 3,500, and participants are responsible for airfare, meals, and personal expenses. The program is open to young people from Latin America aged 26–35 who have completed a bachelor's degree, fluent English, and up to one year of professional experience.

Benefits

Ten weeks of curriculum and visits, academic materials, program support, shared housing in Washington, local transportation for program activities, basic medical insurance, and a certificate of participation.
