The Government of Colombia offers fully funded scholarships for specialization, master's and doctoral studies for international students who wish to study in Colombia. The program covers tuition, health insurance, materials, visa and a housing installation stipend, plus a monthly allowance equivalent to two local minimum salaries for the duration of the program. Applicants must be accepted into a program at a Colombian institution and meet age and academic requirements.

Citizens of any country under 50 years old, who have completed a bachelor’s degree with an average grade of at least 8.0/10, and at least one year of work experience. Applicants must already have been accepted into the program at the desired Colombian institution.
