The WiDB at AM-Steve House Program offers a Training of Trainers (ToT) that aims to train 50,000 women entrepreneurs across Africa over three years, with 500 seasoned practitioners trained to become certified trainers. Selected participants receive a full scholarship to the ToT, earn an official ILO WiDB Trainer Certificate, and join a trainer pool with ongoing support and opportunities to earn training fees.

Eligibility
Applicants must have experience as an entrepreneur or in supporting/coaching/training entrepreneurs, hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), be actively working with entrepreneurs in any of the 54 African countries, be fluent in English, and be able to recruit and train at least 15 women entrepreneurs within the 6 weeks program period before certification.
