UNESCO’s flagship leadership programme for emerging leaders driving social cohesion, inclusion, and peace through intercultural dialogue. The 2026 edition explores Human Connection and Dialogue in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, with components including leadership development, mentorship, community action, and global engagement.

Eligibility
Emerging leaders who demonstrate leadership in their field, are aged 25-45 as of 22 October 2026, and are committed to intercultural dialogue and social impact, able to participate fully in all programme components.
Application
Submit an online application by the deadline; eligibility screening, technical assessment, and final selection by an international jury, with the cohort of 50 leaders notified by mid-October 2026.
