Beyaz Güvercinler Bursu 2026

The Beyaz Güvercinler Bursu is a fully funded scholarship program for successful high school seniors in Istanbul, Turkey, organized by Kadir Has University. It provides full tuition exemption, potential housing in university dormitories, living stipend during the academic year, and book/stationery allowances. Eligible applicants are Turkish citizens in Istanbul who are in the final year of high school and meet the program’s testing and academic requirements.

Full tuition exemption; housing in university dormitories (if available); monthly living stipend during the academic year; additional book and stationery allowances at the start of each academic year.

Open to Turkish citizens who are enrolled in the 12th grade in Istanbul-based high schools.
