2210 Yurt İçi Yüksek Lisans Burs Programları

The 2210 domestic master’s scholarship programs (2210-A General Domestic Master’s Scholarship, 2210-C Priority Areas, 2210-D Industry-Oriented, 2210-E Direct Master’s) provide funded opportunities for Turkish citizens to pursue master’s study in Turkey. The programs offer monthly stipends for the duration of the master’s program, with full or partial funding depending on the sub-program, and require online application via the TÜBİTAK BİDEB system.

Monthly stipend during the master’s studies; in some sub-programs, additional funding conditions apply if also involved in related TÜBİTAK ARDEB/TEYDEB projects.

Applicants must be Turkish citizens or holders of a blue card, be enrolled in a master’s degree program in Turkey, and meet specific academic and language requirements as outlined for the 2210 sub-programs (e.g., minimum exam scores, program status, and prior funding conditions).
