The Geophysical Fluid Dynamics (GFD) Program is a ten-week summer research and lecture program at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution focused on the nonlinear dynamics of rotating, stratified fluids across Earth, ocean, ice and atmosphere applications. It brings together graduate students, postdoctoral researchers and academic visitors for intensive research experience, seminars and lecture series.
