African Futures Conference 2025

The African Futures Conference 2025 is a continental event focused on foresight and future-oriented policy discussions. It welcomes policymakers, researchers, data scientists, civil society leaders, and young changemakers to participate in sessions, speakers, and interactive formats aligned with the themes of insight, imagination, and action. The conference features the Africa 2043 Futures Report launch, speakers from across the continent, curated sessions, a Futures Lab, and a Young Changemakers Competition.

Top 3 winners of the Young Changemakers Competition are invited to attend in person in Pretoria; participation includes involvement in talks, sessions, or workshops.

Policymakers, researchers, data scientists, civil society leaders, young changemakers, and anyone building Africa’s future through foresight.
