PNG Bilateral Scholarship 2025 in Indonesia (Indonesian Aid Scholarship)

The PNG Bilateral Scholarship 2025 in Indonesia is a funded overseas study program for Papua New Guinea citizens to pursue diploma, bachelor’s or master’s studies at various Indonesian universities. It covers tuition, living costs, health insurance and travel, with additional pre-departure and cultural training components. The program is part of educational cooperation between Indonesia and Papua New Guinea and targets government officials, civil servants, and nominees from PNG government agencies for the 2025 intake.

Full or partial tuition coverage, monthly living allowance, pre-departure orientation, language and cultural training, health insurance, return airfare.

Papua New Guinean citizens are eligible to apply for diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree programs in Indonesia.
