Joy of Giving Something Fellowship 2026

The Joy of Giving Something Fellowship is a funded undergraduate fellowship hosted in partnership with Imagining America, designed for students using digital media and photography to drive social change. It supports economically disadvantaged undergraduate students and provides resources, mentoring, and a network to help shape their career paths and community involvement. The program includes scholarship funds, mentoring, and opportunities to participate in national gatherings and related activities.

Scholarship for $2,000 toward tuition; cash assistance and mentoring for a community initiative; travel support and free registration for the Imagining America events; access to a nationwide network of academics, artists, and activists

Applicants must be undergraduate students currently enrolled in or supported by a member institution of Imagining America, work in digital media or photography, and demonstrate financial need, creative merit, and community involvement.
