AideFi (Aide Financière de l'État) - Luxembourg

AideFi (Aide Financière de l'État) is a Luxembourg state financial aid scheme to support higher education students studying in Luxembourg or abroad. The system comprises several components including a base grant per semester, a mobility grant for students paying rent away from their place of residence, and a means-tested social grant. It can also cover 50% of university registration fees up to an annual ceiling and is modular to adapt to students' individual circumstances.

Eligible applicants include Luxembourg citizens, persons officially resident in Luxembourg for at least five years, and cross-border students whose parent works regularly in Luxembourg; applicants must be enrolled in a recognised higher education programme (Licence, Master, Doctorat, BTS).
