The Formation et Insertion de 120 Jeunes dans le Secteur Agricole is a six-month training programme designed to equip Senegalese youths with modern and sustainable farming techniques and to facilitate their insertion into partner farms. It includes three months of in-centre training followed by three months of practical placement in a farm, with full funding provided for the training costs. The program aims to form 120 young Senegalese people and support their transition into the agricultural workforce.

Open to Senegalese nationals aged 18 to 35, residing in regions covered by the project, with no prior qualification required (a minimum reading/writing ability is desirable).
