The SEAR Officer for the Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership project (VLFR) supports the design and implementation of the project’s monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability framework and assists partners in developing and tracking SEAR systems to improve programming and decision-making. The role is based in Dakar, Senegal, with a one-year renewable contract in the programmes department of Oxfam, focusing on capacity-building and ensuring accountability to beneficiaries and partners.
