Information

A 6-week filmmaking residency in Morocco for 10 emerging African women filmmakers. The programme provides professional training, mentorship, and support to produce a short film, along with peer collaboration across Africa.

Travel to Morocco, visa support, accommodation and meals, local transport, training, equal production funding for a short film, and per diems.

Eligibility

Applicants must identify as a woman, be a citizen of an African state, be between 21 and 35 years old before the start of the residency, have at least 2 years of professional experience in film or audio-visual production, have directed at least one fiction film, and fluently speak English or French.

Application

Submit a completed application form (in English or French), CV, and a copy of passport by 31 July 2025.
