Associé Impact et Formation

The Associé Impact et Formation is a role at myAgro focusing on coordinating and supporting the training team’s capacity building, ensuring that farmers and village entrepreneurs receive high-quality, climate-smart training and that training activities are monitored for quality. The position involves content contribution for training, organizing regular meetings with regional training coordinators, and managing daily training operations and logistics at the Thiès headquarters.

Salary-based employment (CDD).

At least BAC +4 in international development, project management, social sciences, or a related field; 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, impact assessment, or training, preferably in rural development or an NGO context.
