The Awards de la Jeunesse Africaine (AJA) is a continental youth competition for young leaders aged 15 to 39 with an existing high-impact project. Laureates receive mentorship, funding opportunities, corporate sponsorship, enhanced visibility across Africa and an international network of emerging leaders focused on entrepreneurship, associations, or community initiatives.

Young people aged 15 to 39 with an existing high-impact project, resident on the African continent or in the African diaspora.
