WELP – Women Entrepreneurs Leadership Program

The Women Entrepreneurs Leadership Program (WELP) is an accompaniment program by Fondation BGFIBank aimed at supporting the emergence and success of young Gabonese women entrepreneurs. It focuses on entrepreneurial leadership and provides guidance to help participants grow their ventures, with a structure targeting both established women entrepreneurs and those seeking to start their ventures. The program includes training and development activities spread across a defined period.

Gabonese women aged at least 21 years, already entrepreneurship activities, motivated and available to commit for the duration of the program.
