Trevor Noah Foundation Khulani Nathi Innovation Fund 2025

The Khulani Nathi Innovation Fund is a South Africa-focused funding initiative by the Trevor Noah Foundation aimed at expanding impact in the education sector through flexible, unrestricted funding. It targets nonprofits developing sustainable innovations in two areas: teacher development and youth opportunity pathways, to catalyse innovation and strengthen capacity.

Applicants must be South African registered Non-profit or Public Benefit Organisations with Section 18a status, in good standing with SARS, and have a bank account in the organisation’s name with audited financial statements. Preference given to organisations with at least 2 years of registration and operations, focusing on teacher development or youth pathways (ages 15-35).
