Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP) Eastern Europe 2025

The Swedish Institute Academy for Young Professionals (SAYP) Eastern Europe 2025 is a training programme run by the Swedish Institute that aims to empower young professionals from EU Eastern Partnership countries with skills, networks and inspiration to drive change in their organisations and home countries. The programme brings together participants for thematic content, with multiple modules and opportunities to develop professional competence, networks and cross-sector collaboration.

Opportunity to develop professional skills, tools to apply in organisations and local contexts, experience of cross-sectoral work environment, professional network, membership in the SI Alumni Network, exclusive access to learning tools.

Applicants must be citizens of or residents in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine; have good command of English; hold relevant higher education; be aged 25–40; be employed in policymakers, public service, civil society or private-sector leadership roles; and have the potential to drive change in their organisation and home country.
