Republic Black Atlantic Editorial Fellowship 2025

The Republic Black Atlantic Editorial Fellowship 2025 is a six-month remote fellowship designed to commission, write and curate stories rooted in Blackness and the African experience. It supports five editors, writers, researchers and/or journalists based in Africa with mentorship, a stipend and editorial support to develop original writing and curate local conversations, with a final digital symposium to showcase work.

Open to editors, journalists, curators or other storytelling practitioners who are based in Africa; have at least three years of professional experience; the fellowship is remote and Internet access is required.
