SPbU Government Scholarship

The SPbU Government Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship funded by the Russian government (in cooperation with Saint Petersburg State University) to attract international students for bachelor's, master's, or doctoral studies in Russia. It covers tuition in full, includes a language year for Russian (some programs in English), and provides a monthly stipend, housing priority, and access to university facilities. The program is competitive and considers academic portfolio components for selection.
