World in Serbia

World in Serbia is a fully funded government scholarship program for international students to study at Serbian public universities across bachelor, master, and doctoral levels. The program includes a one-year Serbian language preparatory course and covers tuition, a monthly stipend, free housing, free meals, health insurance, and a visa fee waiver. It targets nationals of eligible countries and aims to foster cultural and scientific ties.

Applicants must be nationals of eligible countries (127 states across Africa, Asia, and the Americas) and meet the educational level requirements for bachelor, master, or PhD studies.

Applications are submitted through Serbian diplomatic missions; a list of nominated candidates is forwarded by the mission to the Serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
