UNITAR Entrepreneurship and Food Security Training 2025

The UNITAR Entrepreneurship and Food Security Training 2025 is a multi-phase program for young entrepreneurs and agribusiness innovators from Egypt, Iraq and Lebanon. It aims to equip participants with knowledge, skills and attitudes to develop or grow businesses that enhance food security, with online components followed by an in-person workshop. By program end, participants should have a launch-ready blueprint or a plan to pitch growth for an existing business, plus opportunities for networking and mentorship.

Participants will gain an economic and employment-focused toolkit, including entrepreneurial methodologies and tools to address food security; exposure to digital and climate-resilient practices; opportunities for mentorship, study tours and regional/global networking; and a launch-ready business blueprint or a growth-ready pitch.

Open to women and youth from Egypt, Iraq or Lebanon, aged 18-40, who are entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, innovators or recent graduates, with an existing business or a concrete idea to develop into a business.
