The Tuzlanski kanton Ministry of Education and Science scholarship competition offers stipends to full-time high school students who are Roma or members of other national minorities in Tuzlanski kanton for the 2025/2026 school year. A total of 64 stipends are awarded, with the amount totaling 1,000 KM for the school year, distributed in four equal monthly installments of 250 KM each. Eligibility is based on residency in Tuzlanski kanton, nationality status, and standard academic/performance criteria, along with demonstrated financial need.

Citizenship in Bosnia and Herzegovina, member of Roma or other national minority, registered residence in Tuzlanski kanton (or displaced/returnee status), and status as a full-time high school student in Tuzlanski kanton for the 2025/2026 academic year.
