Javni konkurs za dodjelu stipendija Opštine Oštra Luka za akademsku 2025/2026. godinu

The Javni konkurs za dodjelu stipendija Opštine Oštra Luka is a public scholarship competition to award stipends for the 2025/2026 academic year to eligible students residing in the municipality of Oštra Luka, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The stipend is paid in ten equal monthly installments, with a stated amount of 170 KM per month. Applicants are evaluated based on prior academic performance, year of study, family and socio-economic status, and other listed criteria.

Applicants must be citizens of Republika Srpske / Bosnia and Herzegovina, reside in the Opština Oštra Luka, be first-cycle students, be newly enrolled for the academic year, and not already receiving stipends from other public sources.

Applications with required documents must be submitted by post to the Municipal Administration or delivered in person; a dedicated submission address is provided by the municipality.
