Citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina with residence in Posavski kanton for at least one year prior to the announcement, regularly enrolled as a student in Bosnia and Herzegovina or Croatia, not repeating a year, and meeting age limits for the first cycle or second cycle studies; exclusions apply to those with certain prior statuses.
