Konkurs za dodjelu stipendija Grada Banja Luka učenicima srednjih škola za školsku 2025/26. godinu

Konkurs of a city stipend program granting different scholarships to secondary school students for the 2025/26 academic year. The awards are allocated by the City Administration of Banja Luka, with separate stipends for social status, academic achievement and deficit occupations. Stipends are paid per student and are issued based on a ranking determined by the designated commissions.

Monetary stipends for selected students according to category; process of awarding and ranking decided by relevant city commissions.

Applicants must be citizens of Republika Srpska or BiH, residing in the city of Banja Luka, be regular students of a secondary school, be up to 20 years old, and must not be attending school in another location if such a school exists in Banja Luka. They must not have repeated a class in the current or other school and must not already receive other public stipends for the same year.

Submit required documents to the Department of Social Activities, at the City Administration reception. Documentation includes residence proof, enrollment confirmation, transcripts, and other listed documents.
