The Chemi Qartuli Skola grant competition is issued by the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support Georgian language teaching quality, increase student engagement in cultural activities, strengthen Sunday schools abroad with teaching materials and resources, and involve Georgian diplomatic missions and consulates. Eligible applicants include overseas Georgian diaspora organizations, overseas Georgian Sunday schools, and non-profit organizations abroad that promote Georgian language and culture and collaborate with overseas Sunday schools.

Eligible applicants are overseas Georgian diaspora organizations, overseas Georgian Sunday schools, and overseas non-profit organizations promoting Georgian language and culture that collaborate with overseas Sunday schools; Georgian citizens living abroad for at least the last year with lawful residence for at least six months in the country of residence.

Submit a completed application form along with documents (applicant’s ID or passport, proof of legal residence, detailed project description, and budget) to the provided email diaspora@mfa.gov.ge.
