The Competition for Young Scientists is a scientific projects contest across disciplines. Applicants must fill out a form and submit a short abstract in Georgian; the next stage includes an on-site presentation before an invited scientific jury. The winning projects at the on-site round will be nominated to participate in the EUCYS competition in September 2026 in Kiel, Germany, with all costs covered by the European Commission.

Participants aged 14 to 20 years; may participate individually or in teams, with no more than 2 members per team; participants in September 2026 must not be pursuing their first year of higher education.
