OAS Scholarships for Academic Studies

The OAS Scholarships Program provides scholarships for undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies as well as graduate research through several schemes including the Regular Program, the Special Caribbean Scholarships Program (SPECAF) and partnership scholarships (PAEC). Scholarships are offered in partnership with universities and training institutions across the Americas and elsewhere. The programs support study at partner institutions and short-term professional development courses through partner organisations.

Citizens and residents of OAS member states; SPECAF targets citizens and residents of the English-speaking Caribbean OAS Member States and Suriname. Eligibility varies by specific scholarship and partner institution.
