BGV Emerging Leaders Fellowship – NYC & Philly 2025

The BGV Emerging Leaders Fellowship is a 12-week, fully virtual leadership development program designed for early to mid-stage entrepreneurs in New York City and Philadelphia. The fellowship is crafted by Black Girl Ventures to expand participants' capacity as founders and ecosystem leaders, empowering them to drive access to community, capital, and capacity building in their market. Participants receive a stipend and additional non-monetary gifts.

A $5,000 stipend and additional non-monetary gifts.

Be a business founder or ecosystem leader who lives and has a business based in New York City and Philadelphia. Have been in business for at least one year. Be generating revenue. Have interest in developing as a leader in your ecosystem. Have at least 1 team member who can assist operations while the founder is in the program.
