The Thessaloniki International Media Summer Academy (THISAM) is an immersive week-long summer academy for people working in or studying journalism and media. It brings together early-career journalists, students, media entrepreneurs, scholars, NGO leaders and media industry professionals for workshops, discussions, mentoring and hands-on sessions. The programme emphasizes interdisciplinary, practical learning and networking across career levels. THISAM 2026 is scheduled for July 3–10, 2026.
