우수고등학생 해외유학 장학금(드림장학금)

Monthly preparatory stipend (KRW 500,000 for grade 2 period; KRW 700,000 for grade 3 period) and tuition and living expense support for overseas study (up to USD 70,000 per year).

Applicants must be Republic of Korea nationals who are current high school 2nd- or 3rd-year students in 2026, belong to low-income groups (basic livelihood recipients or near-poor), intend to enter an overseas university, meet specified course-unit and grade requirements (including mandatory English subject and grade thresholds), and must not have studied or resided at a foreign school for two years or more.
