The Thailand Scholarships 2026 are scholarships offered by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) for international students for the fiscal year 2026. The scholarship provides a monetary award of 30,000 Baht per person/program. The scheme defines three target groups (CLMV; all nationalities; Cambodian-only/Laotian-only) and includes a nomination route for Khon Kaen University departments. Applications close on January 5, 2026.

Eligibility

International students are eligible; the programme defines three target groups: Group 1: CLMV (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam); Group 2: All nationalities; Group 3: Cambodian only / Laotian only. Khon Kaen University faculties/departments may nominate international students via the International Affairs Division (nomination deadline 2025-12-26).

Application

Online application via the provided Google Forms link; KKU faculties/departments wishing to nominate students must complete the application form (in English) and submit to the International Affairs Division by 2025-12-26.
