Open Doors Scholarship 2027

The Open Doors Scholarship 2027 is an international scholarship program enabling gifted international students and young researchers to study at Russian universities across multiple degree levels. It is run under the direction of the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and organised by the Global Universities Association via the Open Doors International Olympiad. Winners under the Government of the Russian Federation quota may receive tuition waivers, stipends and other support to pursue bachelor's, master's, doctoral or postdoctoral study or research in Russia. The program covers a wide range of academic disciplines and requires participation in the prescribed selection process.

Full tuition fee waiver under government quota; possible monthly living stipend; possible university accommodation; opportunity to study or conduct research at participating Russian universities; potential employment subject to Russian regulations.

Open to international applicants of all nationalities who meet the academic requirements of the selected track. Bachelor applicants must have finished or be completing secondary education; master applicants must hold or be pursuing a bachelor degree; doctoral applicants must hold or be pursuing the required prior degree; postdoctoral/research tracks have relevant researcher requirements.
