The Technical Exchange Network (TEN) is a global collection of technical experts convened under WIPO’s AI Infrastructure Interchange (AIII) to examine practical IP infrastructure challenges and opportunities arising from generative AI. The Network carries out members-only technical meetings, compiles a repository of papers and reports, and facilitates mutual learning and cross-sector cooperation. The TEN informs the work of the AIII and supports presentations at the AIII Annual Meeting, a one-day public hybrid event in Geneva and online.

Eligibility
Technical experts from technology companies, AI developers, rights holders, creators, academia and civil society are invited to join the Network; working language is English.
