Digital Talent EU Days 2026

Digital Talent EU Days is a European forum focused on the people and skills needed for digital transformation. The 2026 event brought together HR and talent leaders, industry bodies, educators, policymakers and training providers for two days of panels, workshops and interactive sessions addressing reskilling, women’s participation in digital careers and AI-related skills requirements. The programme included debates, workshops on cybersecurity and enterprise AI, and sessions on inclusive talent development.
