Industry Track

The Industry Track is a professional development programme run by the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft under the Planck Academy to support career transitions from academia to industry and the public sector. It offers cohort- and event-based continuing education including workshops, trainings, networking with industry partners, virtual career web series, the Career Evolution Games Week and individual career counselling. The programme targets advanced researchers and is delivered in both in-person and online formats.

Doctoral researchers (Promovierende), postdoctoral researchers and research group leaders who plan a transfer from academia to industry or the public sector.
