Pulitzer Center Africa Climate and Environment Micro Grants 2025

The Pulitzer Center Africa Climate and Environment Micro Grants (ACE Micro Grants) are small grants intended to support outreach projects in Africa that creatively integrate Pulitzer Center-supported stories and target young professionals or impacted communities. Grants range from USD 2,500 to 3,000 and projects should be implemented and concluded within four months of approval. The program aims to foster journalism-inspired, audience-centric outreach on climate, environment, and related social and governance issues.

Grassroots organizations, civil society organizations and coalitions, youth movements, and other groups working on issues at the intersection of climate and labour, the environment, journalism, civil rights, and active citizenship in Africa.
