Information

Projects are expected to deliver significant environmental and climate benefits while ensuring industrial and socio-economic profitability and strengthened value chains. Funding supports broad, interdisciplinary consortium projects that move from research and technology development through testing, verification, implementation, scaling and commercialisation. The total support per project is expected to be between NOK 30–80 million.

Grant funding for projects in the range of NOK 30–80 million; support for R&D, testing, verification, implementation, scaling and commercialisation activities.

Eligibility

Consortium-based R&D projects with collaboration between at least two independent parties across value chains, including industry partners and research organisations. An outline submission is mandatory as the first phase; applications for the main call must be based on at least one outline.

Application

Two-phase process: mandatory outline submission by 2026-03-04 13:00, followed by submission of a main application (only applications based on an approved outline will be accepted). Applications are submitted by project consortia.
