The Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) has issued an invitation for expressions of interest to select Portuguese representatives for three International Arctic Science Committee (IASC) working groups: Atmosphere, Cryosphere, and Terrestrial. The selected representatives will serve a four-year term, with possible one-time renewal, and will participate in online meetings and one annual in-person meeting during the Arctic Science Summit Week; travel expenses are covered by the FCT. Applicants must be doctoral researchers affiliated with a Portuguese national research or higher education institution and submit materials by email.

Participation in three IASC working groups for four years; travel expenses covered for the annual meeting; opportunity to contribute to international Arctic science programs.
