Dr Chris Muir Residential Scholarship

The Dr Chris Muir Residential Scholarship is a scholarship established in 2025 in honour of Dr Chris Muir and supported by gifts from Mrs Dymphna Muir and Alumni Friends. It is administered in association with The University of Queensland and Alumni Friends of The University of Queensland Inc. The scholarship focuses on supporting students with accommodation needs and financial hardship, with attention to rural or remote applicants. Recipients are required to be resident at an approved accommodation provider and enrolled full-time in an approved program at the University.

Applicants must be a domestic student in accordance with the University's Fee Policy, be enrolled full-time in an approved program, be a resident at an approved accommodation provider, and be able to demonstrate financial hardship with documentary evidence.
