SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program (Academic Year 2/2026 — January 2027 intake)

The SIIT Graduate Scholarship Program offers scholarships for master's and doctoral study at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, for the January 2027 intake. Multiple scholarship types are listed, including EFS for international applicants, ETS for Thai applicants, and a Faculty Quota. Applicants are evaluated by a selection committee which assigns the appropriate scholarship type.

Applicants for master's and doctoral programmes; separate scholarship types available for international applicants (EFS), Thai applicants (ETS) and faculty quota. Minimum GPA requirements apply: master's applicants require a bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.75; doctoral applicants require bachelor's and master's degrees with minimum GPA 3.50.
