AFS Youth Assembly: Global Educators Academy

AFS Youth Assembly: Global Educators Academy is an international, fully scholarship-funded programme for young teachers and educators aged 18–35 to deepen practical skills in global citizenship and intercultural education. The programme combines an online certificate course with an in-person academy in Geneva and full participation in the AFS Youth Assembly. Participants receive training, networking opportunities with educators from multiple countries, and an AFS Global Competence Certificate.

Access to the Global Up online course, participation in the in-person Global Educators Academy in Geneva, full participation in the AFS Youth Assembly, networking with international educators, and an AFS Global Competence Certificate.

Applicants must be working as formal or non-formal educators, be aged 18–35, have an appropriate level of English, be interested in global citizenship, youth leadership and the Sustainable Development Goals, and be able to attend both online and in-person components.
