Yemen Pioneers Program (Ruwad Al-Yemen) - Fourth Cohort

The Yemen Pioneers Program (Ruwad Al-Yemen) is a specialised fully funded undergraduate scholarship for Yemeni students to study in Turkish universities. It combines full academic funding from the Turkish scholarship system with a parallel leadership and community development training programme run by the Owais Al-Qarni Foundation. The scholarship covers tuition, living stipend, accommodation, health insurance, Turkish language study and travel support, and includes preparatory and ongoing training during study.

Tuition waiver; monthly stipend; free university housing; comprehensive health insurance; one year Turkish language course; flight tickets; visa and residence facilitation; leadership and skills training.

Applicants must be Yemeni nationals, under 21 years old, have a high school GPA of at least 90%, have already applied to the Turkish Scholarships (YTB) 2026, hold a passport valid for at least one year, be in good health, pass interviews, and demonstrate community participation and motivation.
