East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship 2027

The East-West Center Graduate Degree Fellowship 2027 is a fully funded programme for students to pursue Master’s or PhD studies at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, combining graduate education with leadership development, cultural exchange, and community engagement. The fellowship provides comprehensive financial assistance including tuition support, on-campus accommodation, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and other educational expenses. Fellows join the East-West Center’s international community and engage with peers from Asia, the Pacific, and the United States while pursuing graduate studies.

Citizenship or permanent residency in an eligible country or region and admission to an eligible Master’s or PhD program at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
