Young Black Climate Leaders Youth Futures Fund 2025

The Young Black Climate Leaders (YBCL) Youth Futures Fund provides financial awards to young Black climate leaders who are advocating for and transforming their communities toward racial and climate justice. The fund offers access to capacity-building support and resources for young Black climate leaders who are reshaping the broader climate movement, with a focus on local movements and regenerative practices to advance transformative change.

Financial awards at multiple tiers, access to capacity-building support, mentoring, training, and opportunities to participate in program activities and gatherings.

Applicants must identify as Black (including Afro-Latinx or Afro-Indigenous diaspora), be based in the United States or its territories, be 18-28 years old, and be available for required interviews and program commitments.
