Culture Resource Grants 2026 for Arab Artists and Writers with Funding of Up to €13,000

Culture Resource (Al-Mawred Al-Thaqafy) is accepting applications for the 2026 Production Awards Program, a funding programme supporting young artists and writers from the Arab region to produce their first creative projects and develop their artistic and professional careers. The programme provides up to 25 production grants across five fields: literature, visual arts, performing arts, music and sound arts, and cinema, with up to five projects selected in each field to receive financial support, and funding up to €13,000 depending on the field.

Financial support for project development and production up to the stated amounts per field

Applicants must be under 35, born between 1992 and 2011, originate from an Arab country, and reside in the Arab region or in the diaspora; apply as an individual, not as an organization; may submit only one project in the current cycle.
